• PhreeBooks accounting was developed as an open source ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) web-based application written for the small business community. The goal is to provide a multi-language web-based end-to-end enterprise management tool. Written in the widely availalbe PHP scripting language with the robust MySQL database engine, PhreeBooks goal is to provide a low cost solution for small business concerns. Unlike most commercially available accounting packages that use proprietary software or require a specific operating system, PhreeBooks is platform independent, browser independent and easily translated into many languages.

Note:  the data in these demonstrations is reset at one minute to every hour.

TMIT's role in all this:

1. We setup the domain and unique IP address, SSL and hosting specific to your business
2. We install the packages on our Cloud Server platforms (unique domain and IP)
3. We host the packages on that platform
4. We setup the access, security, backup/restore processes.
5. We provide English (real English not colonial English) customisation.
6. We do any data import necessary to populate the ERP systems with your data.
7. We provide live person-to-person technical support for both end-users and accountants.

What does this cost?

• Basic software only setup (1-5 above)

  • FrontAccounting - £300 per year
    - discounts available to UK Qualified accountants wanting multple sites for clients.
• Data migration service (6 above) - from £200 (depending on size and type of data)
