- We install the packages on our Cloud Server platforms (unique domain and IP)
- We host the packages on that platform
- We setup the access, security, backup/restore processes.
- We provide English (real English not colonial English) customisation.
- We do any data import necessary to populate the ERP systems with your data.
- We provide live person-to-person technical support for both end-users and accountants.
What does this cost?
- Basic software only setup (1-5 above) for vTiger is £300 + £300 per year
- Data migration service (6 above) - from £600 (depending on size and type of data)
- this is a one-off cost.
- Customisation and on-site Training will be quoted according to need.
- Full technical support
- eMail only - £350 per year - eMail + telephone (0845 number) - £800 per year
